A challenging opportunities The M.P. Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Limited Indore (a wholly owned Govt. of M.P Enterprises.) is formed under the Company Act 1956 on 31st May’02 with its head quarter at Indore as a result of unbundling of MPSEB. The Company is engaged in distribution and retail supply of electricity in the area of Revenue commissionaires of Indore and Ujjain. The Company has revenue base of Rs. 1700 Crores per annum having employees base of more than 14000. As a part of its ongoing revamping process, Company requires following professional and therefore looking for people having right knowledge, skill and professionalism to accept challenges for achie1ving excellence in the field of company affairs and tariff related matters. 1. Position:- Company Secretary.(One post) On contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable for another 2 years. (on satisfactory service) Function :- He is required to deal with all company affairs and legal affairs. This position is equivalent to cadre of SE in MPSEB. Pay :- Consolidated amount per month shall be paid Age:- More than 35 years as on 01/10/2004 Qualifications:- A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi (FCS). Degree in Corporate Company Secretary ship or Commerce or ICWA or degree in Law will be preferred. Experience: 15 years experience with at least one year as head of the company affairs function in a fairly large organization. Experience in dealing with legal issues relating company law and knowledge of power sector is desirable. Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
2. Position: - Senior Manager (ARR & Tariff) (One post) On contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable for another 2 years.(on satisfactory service) Function:- He is required to deal with collection of data, analysis of data and preparation of tariff proposal for filing before regulatory authority. He will be responsible for, assessment of Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR) of the company, implementing directives and orders of regulators and GoMP. This position is equivalent to cadre of SE in MPSEB. Pay :- Consolidated amount per month shall be paid Age:- More than35 years as on 01/10/2004 Qualifications:- A graduate in electrical engineering from recognized university MBA in finance / marketing or CA or ICWA is desirable. Experience: 15 years experience in the field of ARR, Tariff and commercial matters in a fairly large organization preferably in power sector.
