Call Centre
Company has established 2 Computerized Call Centre with the objective of providing better and transparent services to its consumers. Call Center at Indore is a 10 seat central and 19 zonal Call centre. Ujjain is having 5 seat central and 9 zonal Call Centre. They are providing 7X24 services. Consumer from any area can call at 1912 or 95-731-2515555 or 95-734-2526914 for lodging any electricity related complaints or query. The complaints are immediately logged on to the computer centre and a unique complaint ID is given to the called for future reference.
